Hey OP, here's an idea about getting some quick bucks.

Lookie down, what do you get? Two legs. Now do you need those legs? You don't. See? You can just sell them.

And just so you know, everyone is born with 2 kidneys. What does that mean? One is up for sale! Obviously.
