I have a few left-handed friends and they all use different bindings to play League.
I'm left handed, so I use my mouse on the left of my keyboard. So, my abilities are bound to UIOP instead of QWER. My summoner spells are on JK.
What about you guys?
(I played a bots game with QWER and the mouse on the right; it was the most awkward experience ever.)
I still use most of the default. I changed trinket to T and 6-7 to my page forward and page back on my mouse.
I go for the ambidextrous set up cause I was forced in school to be able to use my right hand. All spells are auto cast and my mouse gives me cts but the bright side of it all is that anything I want to cast can be done with my left hand because it's way more accurate at positioning. A really cool set up is to put your bindings in the central part of the keyboard so you can feel both f and j's nubs. That makes it easier to move between left and right side of the keyboard try putting main commands on FGHJ and then putting secondary commands on DK then putting all of your 7 actives on RTYUI CM and VBN can be your attack stop hold and SPACE will be camera lock. Notice ALT on either side of the keyboards spacebar? Yeah ambidextrous. Either thumb.
