They will, Worlds skins just have nothing to do with the standard restrictions. I'm more sad that Faker didn't choose Cass and save her from the abyss. Snake lady isn't ever getting a new skin.

they do, they make skins that will likely sell with they have a good idea for one. they have been uping the quality of thier skins rather then releasing glorified croma's with decent splashes.

Esports don't add to the skin counter. Plus the champions get to pick the skins

They will get to the other champions, they said Illaoi and many others will get skins this year. So we just have to wait. Plus Esports skins don't go against the champion catalog, just like when Karma got a winter skin and a few months later she had an MSI skin. So they may have just gotten a skin but these are made on a different pipeline.
