Does Aatrox support work?
He has a knock up, high base damage, unlimited lane sustain. Plus he offers solid roams to mid...Has anyone tried and taken it seriously enough to see if really works?

No. The only way to sustain is hitting minions which makes last hitting harder for the ADC. He can't heal or shield his ADC, and his knock up leaves him very exposed since if he is not hitting minions and poking them with his E, he probably won't have his revive available. Its a terrible choice on every possible level.
