im estatic that sion is getting a legendary skin i really am but...
im kind of worried now that the sion legendary sion skin i and many others dream of "pre undead sion" wont ever happen
so im wondering if this ever rules it out?

I don't see why it would. I think it's valid to hope for a 975 or 750 living Sion skin, but a human version of him wouldn't really need new particles or other effects that would warrant a legendary skin. His current VO and particles would work just fine.
Cho'Gath and Nunu are two champs I can name off the top of my head who have two legendary skins. So it's not impossible. But it probably won't happen for a really long time, since I doubt Riot would release two legendary skins for the same champ within such a short time frame.
