@Riot, since you ignored all feedback on Champion Mastery Ranks 6 & 7. Make a Mastery Rank R.

As in, every time you get to a new Tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold etc) you get 5 S's and then your Mastery for that Champion indicates what Rank you've actually earned your Champion Mastery at.

It's pathetic to see Bronze players with 200k Mastery on a Champion. It means they've earned it in Normal games (which is pathetic) or they've played 200k worth of games in Ranked and they're still Bronze (which is even more pathetic and speaks more to how bad they are at their Champion than how much they've 'Mastered' them).

This is a reasonable request. The only reason you'd be opposed to this is if you've got something to hide.
