I like Nexus Siege.

Because there's no getting fed, all gold gain and leveling are constant and equal, so no one can be "fed", it's a game mode that takes way more skill than most, and I really like it for that reason, it's probably the most balanced game mode out there tbh.(Urf is still #1 though :b)
