How did i end up silver 3?

So lets start with I went 4/6 in placements. The first few games went fine which is where I got my 4 wins. But after that everything was terrible. Some games i even fed out of anger. the last game I played was lost in 15 minutes and was 2-12 12 minutes in. How the hell did it end up giving me silver 3?
