We Should Be Able To Look At The Champ List When It's Not Out Pick.

One thing I miss from the old champ select is being able to look at the champ list and think about my pick. Having a visual aid to help think of who you want to pick would speed up champ select if anything. The list currently also seems to small. I find myself always having to type in the champ I want or I spend too much time just scrolling through the list, which is just a late lock/dodge hazard, for me at least.
