Not playing with the intent of winning should be a report-able offense (or bring back unskilled)

Went into ranked today, still in my promos (I know I'll be bronze :( I haven't won a single game). I chose Braum support, our top laner decided to choose Annie into Cho Gath. I thought it was a bad idea, but I figured if he was confident enough to pick her in top lane he must be good right?

Wrong.

Went into lane with dagger, health pot, and a ward. 10 minutes later and Cho Gath already has 6 kills of off him. I asked him how its possible for him to be so confident in his skills to play Annie top and yet feed so much and his reply? "It's not that I'm confident, I just felt like playing top today".

So you are telling me, that you queue up for ranked, wanting to play top lane, and when you get toplane, you lock in Annie just cause you feel like it?Ranked is NOT the place to play champs because you "just feel like it". If I feel like playing Maokai support I probably wont, and instead pick Nautilus, Leona, Braum, or another form of tanky support because that better fits my team.

You can say that "it's just a game" and that "we are all just trying to have fun" but frankly, thats what Normals are for. Don't come into my ranked games and just pick champs and lanes because you so happen to feel like it.
