LCS players aren't allowed to talk about the game during a pause

Because it gives ample time to strategize but the game is paused for technical issues, not for the teams to talk strategy, especially since the team who are having the issue probably don't have time to talk strategy because they are trying to fix the problem, it would then give an unfair advantage to one team. At least that's my logic thrown into the situation. Not 100% sure but it's an educated assumption.

The pause was unintentionally done by staffs due to technical difficulties, as the game was suppose to be originally to go on without fail. This is the point where they had to pause on whatever they're doing, or technically speaking, "stop time" among themselves.
