Is there anywhere I can submit my suggestions so it would be garenteed to be reviewed by Riot?

I'm a fan of creating builds for every champion in custom item sets, sometimes there are a few similar builds with one-two item differences but their order matters very much for me. I, and I think many more, would like to have a feature to copy/paste builds in custom Item sets, so you don't have to start from scratch every time and have some base for each role which will lead to more customized and niche builds.

I made that title, because I don't know where exactly to create my thread so it can be seen by Riot. It's literally one QoL thing that will make me most happy in this game. There is no apparent proof that anything in concept & creations gets seen by riot, and it all comes down to one of my old suggestions, to make threads have a mark "seen by Riot (particular team)" if they were.

It's also quite unfortunate, that a thread that maybe useful, has to wait for a while to get upvotes to be seen by majority of players and hopefully Riot and even that doesn't garentee a needed response.

I do not think that you can guarantee that a Riot employee will read anything put on the boards. Mainly I've been told to keep posting the same thing over and over, and it might eventually be read. To be fair, a lot of posts go up so I can see where not everything will get seen.
