It's not that hard to get 16 champs...

People just want all the expensive ones, there are 13 450 champs, that's only 5850 IP, add 3 1350 champs and you bring that up to 9900, that's all the ip you need to play ranked, so no, there doesn't need to be special tokens every 3 levels, there doesn't need to be a free champ every couple levels, you don't need it, you just need to be frugal, and buy some dang filler champs. So stop complaining about it, and suggesting "Fixes", they aren't needed. And even when they increase it to 10 bans and that becomes 20 required champs, that's still only 15300, just stop buying all the super expensive champs, and you'll have your minimum met in no time.
