To Everyone Complaining About The New Client

Is the item set tool really that important? Why does anyone care about using some computer program when you can just right it on a piece of paper? Once they focus all their efforts on the new client, rather than having to split them between the new AND old, it'll be better than the old client ever was. And by the way, don't immediately blame the lag on Riot; I've almost never had lag issues and my machine is far from top-notch. Pay your respects to the old client and stop whining you ingrates; they've given us things like practice tool and replays, and yet here you are going on about some thing you don't even need a computer for. If Riot really didn't care about us, they would've cut their losses a long time ago. They would've stopped, made a few smart investments, and lived the rest of their lives financially secure. The only reason they've wanted to keep things going is because they want to please the community; in fact, that's the only way they would be able to keep it going at all. What I've noticed is that the most vocal people are the angry ones, and people often mistake this for meaning that the community is in agreement. In other words, you can't say that Riot doesn't care about the community because the only part people ever listen to (and for that matter, hear from) is the complaining side. Therefore, no one pays attention to the good stuff Riot does because they're too focused on somebody else complaining about something they feel is unfair. And if THEY get their wish satisfied, something will come up and someone ELSE will get ticked off. It's an endless game of whack-a-mole that Riot has to deal with on a regular basis, PLUS having to deal with larger scale projects; of course they're going to make mistakes. Which is ANOTHER thing they have to deal with: there's always some group of ingrates that criticize their every move. Whenever you get what you want, you take it for granted and move on to the next issue. And furthermore, if you hate Riot so much, why do you insist on playing the game, let alone have enough interest to browse the boards? Either shut up or leave; the reason this community has such a well-deserved bad reputation is because of the likes of you. Try to be a BIT more positive and actually look at and appreciate the awesome stuff Riot has been doing, and if it's not obvious (for whatever reason), keep looking.
