Can we nerf teemo.
His whole design is incredibly toxic (pun not intended) he places shrooms every where, you can't take a step. His blinding dart is bullshit, you can't lane against him top, or adc. I hate seeing him every fuckign game.

His first Item is magic pen, along with his last. Even when I build two magic resist items as an adc he stil fucks me.

He has a 15% play rate. and yah his winrate is ok, until you have 100 games on him than its 70%, as well as him being probably the most annoying and unhealthy champion in the game.

See yah ekko, and shaco are annoying as fuck, but atleast they can't place shrooms every 5 seconds that take away a third of your hp.
My Sea Cow1 votesTeemo can only place X amount of shrooms before recharging and shrooms only last so long. Sweeping lense and the new whatever ward (too early for brain to work for names XD) will reveal them so they have counter play
