Dynamic Queue still has quite a few persistent issues at high elo.
Before I start, I would like to point out that a lot of these issues have been here since the very beginning. Vastly improved, but still persist, leading to an overall less rewarding system. I'm going to focus largely on mid D3-D2, where I was at the end of preseason 6, but these problems are apparent in anything past D5, and game-breaking in Master/Challenger.

Queue times. It's no shock to anyone who watches qtpie, Dyrus, etc. that queue times have increased pretty drastically. I have a friend that periodically messages me while watching Dyrus's stream who gives me updates on how long Dyrus has been sitting in queue, up to 30 minutes one time. https://twitter.com/Imaqtpielol/status/693873606107992064 is pretty relevant too.

Role Shutout via Solo Queuers. Riot's trying to help players get the roles they queue up for, right? Well, between the people queueing up as mid primary and a vast group of players queueing up as mid secondary because "if I queue up as mid secondary I almost always get the role I want" it makes getting the lane you want as a midlaner damn near impossible. I've queued up into 5 separate games as mid/adc and gotten adc every time due to this.

Role Shutout via Dynamic Queues. As followup to number 2, Dynamic Queue has a system that allows you to queue up but only depending on how many roles are filled. If you have 2 players, you need to be able to fill 3, if you have 3, you need 4, etc. With 3 players, it's possible for you and one of the players to queue up with the same primary/secondary, and the other player to fill two of the remaining three roles, and it shuts out any other player from playing those two roles.
Example; Doublelift, Bjerg, and Aphromoo (because why not) decide to 3-man Dynamic. If Doublelift picks adc/mid and Bjerg picks mid/adc, with Aphromoo playing support/jungle, all three of them will get their roles 85-100% of the time, with any and all deviation solely going to Aphromoo (in other words the only person who will not get his role guaranteed is Aphro). And this puts a lot of other mid/adc mains in a bad
Overall it just leads to a vastly improved queue for Bronze/Plat players at the expense of the people who are most loyal and dedicated to ranked play, and it's left a lot of us with a bitter taste due to the technical dysfunction past a specific MMR, and a lot of us are frustrated about it.
Also, if you could provide details on solo queue, and whether it will incorporate the new drafting system or the previous one, that'd be fantastic.
