Graphical details on certain champs

I've noticed that certain champions like Kha'Zix's base model, Twitch's base model, or Jhin's base model all have very fine details and neat-looking graphics close up. Meanwhile, other champions (both old and new from different times) have either good or mad textures up close. Why is this? Example, Mecha Kha'Zix's texture looks lower resolution, or the nice detail in Slayer Jinx's skin.

I'm just curious why it varies regardless of how old/new a champion is. Hell, some old champs like Rengar have nicer textures than Illoai.

I just find that strange. Should every champ and skin receive equal attention? There's fans for every skin and champ. I get some are less... detailed because of age. I don't know. Maybe I've just been staring at these models for too long. Maybe production gets rushed because of our evil Tencent overlords.

Well old you can be referring to something that is Low poly Or in other words the champion model contains very few polygons to make it have a smooth appearance. Ie Veigar

Low poly is used to keep performance high on low end computers of course.

The same goes for textures, although most were retouched with the SR graphic changes, some were left out due to the extreme number of skins/champs that would have to be changed.
