Are my champs still viable in Solo Queue?

I mained Rek'Sai during S5 while the tank meta was around, but now it seems like she's too slow to play tank since games are much faster. Building her with Warrior feels weaker on her than other junglers like Wukong or Lee. I'm Silver elo, so it's nothing insane, but I'm looking to climb next season and am ironing out my champion pool. Here are my current champs I can play fluently without making a lot of mechanical mistakes.

Top: Jayce (50% - 159), Gangplank (75% - 4)

Mid: Orianna (53% - 62), Twisted Fate (46%, mainly because I played him jungle early in S5 - 26), Kassadin (61% - 33)

Jungle: Rek'Sai (55% - 166), Ekko (57% - 46), Gragas (63% - 51), Wukong (63% - 19), Lee Sin (45% - 95), Olaf (54% - 57), Hecarim (57% - 23)

ADC: Quinn (58% - 24), Lucian (24%, I suck with Lucian but I CS best with him - 21)

Support: Nautilus (79% - 19), Braum (43% - 7)

These are my champs that I play most frequently and their win rates and games played. I don't play champs to counter, I play what the team needs usually or what I am comfortable with in a matchup. I play Jayce far more than any other champion, so I will "counterpick" myself sometimes just because I am most comfortable on him. I can CS fine on ADC, but I usually make a lot of positioning mistakes mid-late game. ADC is by far my worst role since I play it once every 20-30 games or so. What champions should I focus on to help myself climb? Im open to criticism.

Playing an average champion that you know is always more viable than playing a stronger champion that you don't.
