What s the bug on Singed?

Just logged in and saw Singed is disabled, what got bugged and how much fun am I missing out on?

You all are wrong. It was actually a mechanic between Singed and Kha'zix where Kha'zix could right click Singed and jump on his back making Singed bugged.

I heard that he can solo baron in like 10 sec with it o,o

His Q got changed to 4 ticks per second (damage unchanged). Except instead of 25% of old damage per tick, it still deals 100% instead. So basically a 400% damage increase.

I played him before he was disabled, and he was definitely not doing that to anything in the game except Baron.
