He has whiskers and that is all the catfish I even recognize. His figure has legs and hands with fingers. It is significantly more froglike.
His face is literally a catfish face...obviously they couldn't give him a catfish body and have him flop around the damn map...
And your argument of "His figure has legs and hands with fingers" clearly describes a human and not a frog. ...frogs literally have none of those things.
