Ban Rates?

So for a while now champion.gg, lolking and such do not display ban rates. Does anyone know where they can be seen. We already know wich champs are perma banned , to name a few. Also is this intentional? Is riot trying to hide the outrageous number of bans for and others or is it a simple issiue with API, that for some reason it's STILL not fixed?
