Anyone else just miss out?

Got to Promos,

Lost a game (we all did bad)
Won
Had to adc with support ad no SS Shaco support that spammed "Why so serious" and a Diana that blamed me all game (not my 0-12 support)
Then i get pitted into a Annie smurf that ended 20/1/1 and only died because we dove 5v1 on her in jungle.

This was after my valiant effort to climb going 17-3 W/L the past 3 days.

So basically me not doing well enough most the season then getting screwed in series was my demise.

Now I have to leave for work so I can't quickly try again. SO good luck to the rest of you S1 +50Lp people out there. You'll need it. Desperation will be in full effect tonight.

Side note: Preseason looks like a nightmare, Fallout 4 dropped today, Blops3 is actually descent, and Battlefront is around the corner. Perfect time to take a break and comeback fresh to try again next year.

That and anyone with common sense who read the patch notes wants to quit knowing Riot never intend to follow through with changes if they fuck something up so long as the game is still technically playable.

See: Anything the've done from 2011 to now. S5 ended up being the same shit as preseason 5, they following through with nothing they promised, one day they just declared it's S5 though nothing changed. As someone who plays mages almost exclusively, and is not a moron who says "think out of the box" or "wait and see, even though it's fucking facts and nothing to have an opinion on", I want to quit now, the only thing holding me back is (RL) friends who won't quit. I don't care if X mage has a 50% win rate and is technically viable because both sides used a mage, it'll still be a 3rd class champ compared to anything else.

I was so close to getting to Bronze! only made it to Silver V 0LP. Now i have no time left and i really wanted to drop. Stupid smurfs on my team always winning the games... Feels Bad Man!

Don't worry about it, you missed nothing, a Sivir skin, a skin on a champ that has tons of skins to choose from. Being Silver doesn't mean anything, only you know how good you are, minus about 400 Elo to make up for the average delusion.

Yea Im not so worried about the skin. Have Winterwhatever Sivir which is great. Just really wanted gold after 2 years lol. Always been my "if I reach gold I'll fell like I did good enough".

When you do reach Gold 5 don't stop there though. So many people reach G5 and declare their lives complete and don't try to improve. Always look to improve. I sat on Gold without trying nearly all of S4, I definitely could have been Platinum then, but I never really tried.
