Stop talking about how balanced/unbalanced a kit is before it's on live.
Every time there's a rework on PBE or a new champ you get a ton of people who either claim it's OP or UP.
I'm here to tell you that no matter how a champion seems to perform on PBE it has absolutely no bearing on how strong that champion is. PBE is, in no way, a testing grounds for BALANCE. PBE checks for bugs - specifically what it's good at finding are interactions between new things because a lot of people try new stuff on both teams. But as for balance... The matchmaking is crap (since it doesn't have access to your base account's normal MMR, which would just make queues take FOREVER anyway), the ping is bad, and it regularly lag spikes. There is no reliable way to judge how a champion will perform on live without them actually being on live.
So everyone that's saying Jhin/Shen/whatever comes out next patch that there are 300 posts about: posting about things like missing Vorpal Blade or how cool you think new mechanics are? Sure. Emploring Riot to buff/nerf/change champions based on your perception of their balance (too strong/too weak/whatever) will never, ever happen until that champion is released on live. Unless something is egregiously, obviously overpowered it will rarely get caught on PBE because every game is a stomp, regardless of whether one team has "OP" champs or not.
