Unfair punishment (to Riots)

First I say that I already sent ticket to support about that.

Here is story of my toxicity: S3 - chat bans (dont remember how many, mb 2 or 3) S4 - 2 chat restricitions (in first half of season, in a second I was much less toxic) S5 - 1 chat restriction (meta shifted, my champions became useless, I fell 5 divisions lower, image how I was feeling)

And now I get 74 chat restriction game and 35 ranked game restictions!

Right now I'm like WTF!? I became MUCH less toxic then ever before, I became POSITIVE. But I get 74 chat restrictions - more than ever before. I'm I became worse? I become better, but you PUNISH me for that. I never had before 35 games ristrictions. Am I monster or what?

If you rules become stricter, than INFORM me about that. Other way there is no reasons why I get more punishment than before while I was becoming a BETTER player. I never was against any chat bans or chat restricitions, because it was deserved, but now I'm NOT AGREED. This is UNFAIR.

If you could tell me that I'm going to get ranked game restrictions, I could just write notification about that and stick to my screen, so I could keep it always in mind.

Right now I've got no proofs or reasons why I punished so bad while I was becoming a better player (but not perfect player, its like perfect balance - will never exist, while Riven is playable).
