I believe we need an option to report people in champion select.

Example of my last game in champion select: My team mate" The enemy team got Jax I'm just going to troll now" He then proceeded to lock a troll champion in a roll that was already called. So I dodged. Here is the problem he can now go and do that same thing in another lobby forcing someone to dodge and go un-punished.
