Can Someone Help Me Find a Laptop
- Runs League very well (49 ms & 80 FPS)
- Cheap (<$750)
- From Best Buy or Microcenter because I live in NYC, and those are the only two stores near me.

My suggestion: Build a compact / portable desktop. You will get better performance for the cost. And it's easy enough to add a small-ish or cheap monitor and some canvas straps for portability.
That aside, you could just get a laptop with dedicated graphics and >4 gigs of RAM. That should be enough to run league plenty well. Just have to turn down the graphics settings some.
There are lots of low end "gaming" laptops.
However your MS will not matter no matter what kind you get. That's just your connection/speed when communicating with Riot servers put simply.
Not quite as cheap as you wanted, however you should get great FPS and be able to play other games on it aswell. Just wait for it to go on sale or something and you can get it $100 cheaper.
