Actually, people exploiting issues that are meant to be solved In pbe, should have 0 consequence to the individuals that use them. I for one, have been playing ranked every day since 5.13 came out, and not once did I see this actually get used, or have any knowledge of its existence. As soon as more than a few people kenw about it, the internet blew it up and nobody was able to use it. I dont think more than a handful got to use it in a beneficial way. Using it is their reward, so Riot doesn't have to deal with an issue like this showing up live in front of an LCS match.
