@TommyGnox, RiotOpeli and the @RiotNarrativeTeam: Prove Your Worth

I've mentioned this several times in other forums and I'll say it here: Prove you can write stories that are better than the original devs. Prove that you're serious about communicating with the fans. Prove that you haven't just been ignoring us and that you have been listening.

Don't make excuses if any of it fails, however.

And to those who say that I'm being unfair, let me say this: After nearly 14 months of being completely ignored by the lore team (despite what was said) and having our pleas, cries, questions, frustrations and anger go unanswered, the lore team lost the right to ask for my blind faith. As far as I'm concerned, September 4, 2014, was a great day one for the Lore team... what happens on September 5 and every day after that is more important. Does the conversation continue or do we get more silence? Will concerns be addressed or will they go ignored?

Prove to me that you're serious, Narrative team. After all that silence, that's the very least I should be able to demand.

Look at the Freljord event. They mentioned it in their dev blog as part of their 'new lore'. Personally, I think they replaced Trundle with a new character. They've already proven to me that the 'new lore' doesn't necessarily keep old characters intact (even if it's a new setting) and this upsets me greatly. I still have hope it was not intentional but that's about the only thing keeping me from just outright condemning the new lore department. If they want new characters, why not create new characters and keep our old loved ones intact?

Basically, I'll give them a couple of months before I grow too tired of keeping this shimmer of hope and have to abandon the LoL lore.
