What kind of FPS on the highest settings should I expect with this gear?

Like the title says, I have very little knowledge of computers. I am looking into streaming and i am interested in this laptop. What kind of FPS should I expect with the following.

6th Generation Intel Core i7 6700HQ (2.60 GHz) 16 GB Memory 1 TB HDD NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 2 GB GDDR5

Fps in league? More than the human eye is probly capable of detecting. My hardware is about 6 years old and i get 120 or so fps while moving 200 plus if stationary.

it all comes down to monitor refresh rate . if you have a 60hz monitor even if it says 4000fps youre only getting 60 and with that id say 300 easily for your build
