Any thoughts on updating the honour system for season 7?

I'v always thought the honour system was a really neat idea and have attempted to get a banner many times. Sadly though no one honours very often anymore unless you specifically ask them. it would be neat if you did sort of a teared icon system. you could have the level 1 icon, the level 2 icon and so on so fourth.
