@Lyte couple questions about toxicity in languages other than English on EUW.

Ok, so, if you ever happen to play on EUW you'll notice LOADS of flame in other languages - mainly french, some from spanish, germans, portuguese and italians (those last ones however have a tendency to spam religious blaspheming, much more often than actually insulting people). So my questions are:

1. Does the system recognise verbal buse in other languages?
2. If yes, does it include acronyms like "fdp" (fils de pute = son of a bitch), "tg" (ta gueule = stfu)
3. If yes, which means these players are actually getting punished like other flamers, does it mean there are more french people than other nationalities on EUW or that french are more likely to be toxic or that they're more likely to not speak engish enough to flame in english?
