[[Idea]] --- to Have Riot Host Post-Release Discussions on Newly Released Champions

I feel like newly released Champions either aren't touched (balance-wise), on average, for far too long... and/or players often feel left in the dark as to Riot's opinion(s) on recently released Champions for far too long...

• I propose Riot creates a Discussion Forum for each new Champion approximately 1-2 months after their Release.
• In this Discussion, Riot could offer players their feelings on the Champion's Balance & Health, as well as inquiring upon ours.
• This would act as a great platform for expression & encourage open discussion which' a win-win for developer/player.

An Example: "we feel Jinx's power-budget is appropriately balanced for her lack of dash/escape mechanism... however, we feel her inclusion may be to the detriment of lower divisions... in order to counteract this, we ask you players - if we were to trim some of Jinx's power, what would make the best candidate & why? As well, how would you like to see her compensated for this loss of power?"
