Death Recap is so broken, Deathfire Touch doesn't even have a name in it lol

It doesnt even seem like death recap would be hard to fix. Make it so: -It shows who kills you

• Shows a list of what did damage too you
• Fix it so that it doesn't say minions did true damage to you -make it so then when nasus kills you it doesn't say under his list of damages too you "Siphon strike 9000 damage, Spirit fire 100 damage, and veigars event horizon two true damage"

Those are basically all the problems I see with the death recap. Please fix it riot.
