New Summoner Spell Suggestion - "Analyze"

Target enemy champion from global range and debuff him with "Analysis" to see the current state of his cooldowns and also gain vision of him for 5 seconds. During Analysis the affected champion will have 4 buffs (in the window that usually shows enemy champion, below items section) and they will be shown as QWER with circular clock arrows indicating their current cooldown. Also if the champion is invisible, you and your allies will be able to see where he is, but not attack him, unless you have true sight.

That true sight thing seems a little wonky. I'm guessing you put it there so that the champ could be selected and you could see their cooldowns? There's always the tab-click the champ's portrait option that removes the strange mechanics the original idea has. Or even simply revealing the champ for 4 seconds even in stealth wouldn't be too strong in itself since something like this would need to be a targeted ability in the first place.

Ultimately, a summoner spell that lets you see if a champ has his full combo ready and grants vision of the target for 5 seconds wouldn't see too much play over summoner spells like exhaust that would help in reducing the damage from their combo, or ignite that would let you capitalize on them not having their combo. Maybe this could be worked into the upgraded blue trinket though, giving it a unique edge over the other trinkets as it effectively helps you in combat.

Seems a bit of a waste for a summoner spell, but it would go well for a trinket active.

I think they might first want to balance out the current summoner spells, clarity could be used to have that ability, it does go with the name

I think it should give a bit more than just cd's. Perhaps it could also reduce their armor/mr, but I still think it needs something more on the theme of information to be something cool.

It's probably not enough for its own summoner spell, but it might be worth looking at...
