And I know it. I enjoy getting a chat ban because I can't be mean. Can their be an option for me to mute myself so noone can see what I say. I don't want to get banned and sometimes it's hard to Controle myself.

Yeah, it's called de-binding the chat command. Or simply not typing. Hurr durr.
Yeah, just yell at your computer screen instead typing it in chat. It's not like people are going to listen to you in game so why bother wasting your time.
Why did someone downvote this? The dudes asking for help so that he doesn't act toxic in game and someone just comes by and downvotes him.

Probably the only option is to control yourself and not type, alternatively, you can always find how to unbind the enter key.
You are your own mute button.
Typing is not like a slip of the tongue.
You have to intentionally type into chat.
If you cannot control yourself maybe you should not play.
