  1. Blue Buff has received a nerf every pre-season

  2. Jungle has been changed every pre-season

  3. The Black Cleaver rework's Armour shred and Armour penetration passives were not UNIQUE on release creating the League of Black Cleavers having everyone to pick 10 physical damage champions every game and building 5 or more Black Cleavers in a single game

  4. Red buff has only been nerfed three times for ranged champions and two times for melee champions

  5. Reworked large health items, like Warmogs and Sunfire Cape, were too gold efficient on release causing them to bring up the rise of the bruiser meta causing these items to get both directly nerfed and indirectly nerfed with the creation of Blade of the Ruined King and Liandry's Torment to specifically deal with health stackers
