Give free Arcade Hecarim to EUW and EUNE and other servers!
Hecarim and his arcade skin are free with the key I have listed in the text of this post. * /r/leagueoflegends
On NA there is a bug that allows you to reedem Arcade Hecarim for free even if the code is already used. Riot apparently doesn't have any intention of fixing this (it has been around for like 3 days, which is way too long), so how about you give others servers the free champ and skin too?
