So he can be as big as Galio? Could be easily explained by the reanimation magic.

Would be poetic. The Colossus, representing Demacian ideals, locked in combat with the Noxian Juggernaut. They would be perfect foils for each other.

Or atleast make it so when he was alive, he was like 20-30 feet tall due to Mordekaiser's magic permeating Noxus and Sion was more susceptible to it.
