Will the people who already have Twitch and WW get IP refunds when new RAF comes out?

I already have Twitch, and i kinda feel like other people getting a 3150 IP champ for free wouldn't be fair for me because i had to grind for him.

Sure i will already get 5k IP, but that means other people will get 8150 IP. Though i guess 5k IP is a refund in itself.

And of course same should be applied to WW for fairness.

Also why the hell are Alistar, Garen and Tristana still buyable in the store? Looks like a massive rip off to me

EDIT: Not saying that we SHOULD get it, just asking IF we will get them. Sorry if i worded it wrong.

I don't feel cheated by the people who got Ryze, Morgana, Janna, Twisted Fate, or other champions free.

Riot's policy has always been if you get a skin for a champion you don't own, you get that champion for free. There are various ways to get skins this way (go to an event, be in Gold, etc.). You grind in game or you grind in real life.

If Riot had made this change suddenly, without any warning, from one day to the next... then you might be entitled to a refund if you had just purchsed the champ days prior to the change.

But they are giving plenty of warning, so if you bought those champs you did so because you wanted to play them NOW... and you got that opportunity, so there's no reason for a refund.
