Right now I'm at 130 RP, and if I buy 650 I'll be at 780 which is 10 less than the cost of Katarina. If I get 10 RP added to my account then I could afford her. So, can I get it given to me or does it not work like that?
You can send your request for a small amount of RP once to Riot Support through a Support Ticket or tweet @RiotSupport on Twitter. They will probably request some original League artwork from you in return, but don't worry, you don't have to be an artist! You can draw something with stick figures, write a haiku, or even express yourself through interpretive dance while dressed as your favorite champion!
