@Riot: When you design a champion, do you have emote spams in mind?

Many champions have some pretty hilarious emote spams. I personally love it when I spam laugh on AstroNautilus. He looks so darn happy! Anyway, this is just a question I've wanted to ask, since emote spams have become integral to the game.
