Randomly can't control Character or "Freezing" in game?

So it started yesterday, and it doesn't happen every game, only some. My ping is normal, but I can't see my FPS (The FPS has never been up next to my Ping so) But occasionally when playing, I'll get some weird pseudo-lag where, my ping is the same, but my character can't be controlled and I just stand there as everyone around me continues on with their business. I don't know what the problem is, can anyone elaborate? Also, if they do know the problem, any fixes? I've heard of it happening to others as well.
