REWORKED LEBLANC WON'T BLINK BACK TO DISTORTION

So I was playing the new Flex Queue, and I was Leblanc mid vs a Zyra. I would go in for trades with my W (Distortion) and throw a Q and maybe try to get a Chain of for thunderlords, only to realize I couldn't go back to my W. I thought, maybe I was rooted I just didn't see, so I did the same thing a few more times and realized, yeah, I actually couldn't go back to my W. So i recalled and went back to base in order to test it a few times, and I could only return to my original location if I hit W as SOON as the delay disappeared. So I COULD go back to it, but only if I hit it immediately, otherwise when I hit W it would make the "thump" noise of me going back to my W, as if I was, over and over however many times I pressed it. On another note, the Mimic Distortion DID work as intended. I also went into a custom and tried it, didn't work. I then used different skins, still didn't work. So yeah, I already reported it as a bug, but I'm making it more aware so that some people see it, and also so someone doesn't get stuck with that all game like I did.
