People banning reworked/changed Assassins/champions in champ select

I don't understand why Riot wouldn't make it so that you CAN'T ban the new reworks/changed champions in the Flex Queue. You want us to test the new champions and the new Queue, which I will do I don't mind. I don't mind if I don't get the champion I wanted to play, as long as those champions are in the game for me to play with/against. However, EVERY game I get put in, all of the new champion changes gets banned, and people say, "I don't want to play against that op shit" WELL DON'T PLAY THE PBE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PLAY AGAINST THE CHANGES! I'm not going on the PBE so I can play a higher ping league that isn't tied to my main account, where none of my friends are, and im not going to play on it again for a while until something new comes out. I don't care about what rank my PBE account is, I just want to test the new champions/changes. I want to get a feel for the new changes so I can have an opinion on them and put my opinion on here for maybe riot to see and consider. However, if I get into a ranked queue and all the new champions are banned, I'm just going to dodge. At best I'll have a decent game with normal champions where my score / LP won't matter, and I'll also be playing at around double my normal ping, so what's the point? I can just go on live and play with better ping, actually increase my rank, earn XP on certain champs ect. Basically, i think that you shouldn't be able to ban the new changed/reworked champions when playing on the PBE TO TEST THEM OUT. It's not fair for people like me who are only on the PBE to test out new changes. that's how the PBE should be treated, it shouldn't be an alternative to live servers.
