"Extend Assassin's Burst Window"

Is it me, or is this not the case? I seem to only see this in Leblanc's new kit, having to wait 1.5 Seconds to pop. And arguably on Katarina. However, for the other Assassins, they either didn't change at all, or have even MORE damage now, without having a Limiter such as Leblanc's Passive limits her ability to kill someone instantly. I can't count the amount of times where I walk up to the enemy ADC as a fed Leblanc, because I'm playing a lot of Leblanc, to miss a chain and be completely screwed because now I have to run away or I'm not killing them. Yes it's my fault I miss my chain, but it gets blocked by minions, and it's easy for the popular AD's to just jump out of it. As a fed Assassin I shouldn't be that strongly punished for missing one ability, I should be able to kill him with my other abilities if I play it right. Personally I think this change is healthy, albeit a bit annoying, HOWEVER, the thing is, every other Assassin can still one shot you. Especially if you are playing Leblanc, you wait for your passive to pop, meanwhile the other Assassin, be it Rengar or Talon, Kha zix or Zed, will just kill you in this time. I don't know how this will work normally, because every game I get put in has a full assassin enemy team, so I can't say how this will work in a normal game, but I can say that Leblanc's laning is kind of the same, not quite as strong but strong nonetheless. If I go in for a trade on, say Talon, and I Q him, wait for the mark, he will either be out of range by then or when I do pop it with my W, he will just go in on me because after that I don't do dmg, meanwhile he just continues to damage me all the way back to my turret. If I W in to place the mark, he will just jump on me then, I go back and Q him, yeah it does a lot of dmg but then what do I do. After you use your passive, your dmg is drastically limited, and the 5 second delay you have to wait to use it again is killer and makes laning against high damage laners very difficult. Which is a problem when your champion is known for being a lane bully. Also, having to buy RoA gives you no early game dmg, which makes this point much more clear. But you basically have to build it so you don't just blow up when you chain someone late game.

I know this is a very Leblanc focused post, but I'm just trying to get anyone's perspective on why Leblanc was really the only assassin to have a limiter on her abilities. Or will these problems not be shown in games with actual team comps? So to get back to the topic, why is it that really only Lb, and arguably Katarina have an "increased burst window" when all assassins in the update were supposed to get that. However Talon is basically the same champion with more damage and a vault, rengar is basically the same burst wise, just can't kill an entire team now, only one target, but kills them without time to react unless you have flash. I might just be bad, but any other views on what I'm saying, am I right in saying that some champions can still kill you without you having time to react?

Because Leblanc has waveclear, range, and way more mobility. Now you actually need your chain to kill someone rather than doing some QRW, just wait for your passive while they're in the chain.

Talon's Rake also has a delay on the return AND he has to proc his passive to do his full damage. Not to mention they gave him an ability that has literally 0 use in lane. If that's not a longer burst window I don't know what is.

Talon's Rake takes significantly longer to deal its return damage and some of his damage was loaded into his passive which is a DoT and takes some effort to proc.

Katarina has to set up her daggers on the ground in good positions in order to do her wombo combo.

Rengar's Q now has a cast time so Auto + Q + Q Empowered is significantly slower.

As for why Leblanc's burst is now more 'delayed' than the rest, its probably because she is a ranged champion with a non-conditional escape tool. Her W is very powerful for clearing minions or diving into enemy teams and escaping with the return effect.

Kat needs a kill/assist and a valid target to shunpo to safety. Talon needs a wall to vault over. Rengar's only psudo-escape is the ability to clear crowd control effects. LeBlanc doesn't need a target to use her W, she can reactivate it to escape immediately if need be and the return effect is instant. She's very difficult to lock down.

Akali got this hit into her rather hard and she usually was not blowing up an enemy in 3 abilities in under a second unless heavily fed as it is. Ironically they are pushing her into a far more bruiser like build just to survive.

Talon also needs a bit longer to brig out his damage, and his gapcloser is more telegraphed, has lesser range and a traveltime now. He also does not have more damage(you probably forget the 15% damage amp from E and 10% from passive on AAs and Q). He certainly is strong, but his burstwindow is longer than befor, though ceratinly not as delayed as LB oe ekko, and his singletarget damage is about the same while his aoe has taken quite a hit in exchange for map-mobillity. Akali simply doesn't have burst any more...or in-fight sustain....or utillity...or damage at all, she's just the most gutted champion in history in her current pbe state. Ekko and Zed already have extendet patterns, and Kah also needs more time to kill unless really fed. It's just Rengar and Fizz that kill as fast if not faster as befor.
