Harsher Punishment for AFK'r

To make bronze an easier league to get out of, please please please create harsher punishments for afkrs, or remove the IP loss, or lessen the loss, if some one on you team goes afk, and then make their ip loss harsher. So tired of this. Four games in a row of afk today. How the hell you supposed to get out of a league when you drop a whole rank in one day due to afks?

this, like, why couldnt you just drop some money and hire a staff for these jobs, automating punishment is uncalled for, unnecessary, and not effective. where is the person on the other side, who saw the entirety of the event... not just some bot putting a ding on it's word counter.
