First: You where kinda not "modest in victory" like the Summoners Code says, but I guess he was being pretty damn offensive.
Second: He broke several rules, insanely salty and told you to kill yourself. Probably report that, from his attitude he was probably toxic as hell to his team, but idk.

I had this happen before. It is tempting to reply, but it's not worth it. They're just desperate for attention to make themselves feel superior, and replying to them will only make things worse for him. You can tell he was really angry because the only response he gave after your solid rebuttal was "kill yourself." At that moment you should know he gave up and wants to bash you down with whatever he has left. What you should do in the future is
- look at recently played tab and see if the friend request was someone nice.
- just don't say anything. The angry guy will simply think that his message was never received.
- don't forget to unfriend him.
