I see so many stories of "I've been cyber bullied, some one told me to kill myself, some one called me retarded, etc." I'm sorry if this sounds insensitive, but I honestly believe a majority of these stories are written by people who are not really offended, but are trying to get people banned because deep down, they themselves are trolls.
I get told to kill myself probably 1/5 bronze games. You won't see my complaining. Grow up, toughen up, quit complaining.
Best they can do in that case is act like victims. If their claims are false and chat logs suggest so riot will take no action - apart from maybe making their reports worth less value.
The way you deal with malice, while marvelous at it, has nothing to do with others' way of reacting. They're complaining not because they can't take it, but because they refuse to take it. Can I step on this dog poop and still move on with my life? Yes, but do I want to? No.
Yes, people need thicker skins. People also need to learn to not to type out every single thing that pops in their head.
