It's so refreshing having gold. Having someone protect you from evil the entire game. Destroying towers. Actually scaling. And I can still ward with yellow trinket/buying wards?

How do people fuck this up? I'm not even playing what seems to be the current OP champions (unless Jinx, Sivir, Ashe, Varus, and Quinn are OP now).

Jinx, Sivir, and Quinn are OP now. Ashe is pretty good as long as their comp isn't particularly mobile. Varus is still shit though.

People fuck it up generally by either:

  • BOTH (both definitely necessary) the enemy team having good focus onto you AND you losing lane to the enemy ADC
  • 3 to 4 of your teammates feeding their carries

Some people find the pressure of csing at the same time as map awareness/positioning to be too much.

Still, as a adc/support main, I definitely think experience at one makes you better as the other as you're more familiar with the limitations/strengths of your counterpart, so people coming from other roles might have unreasonable expectations of their counterpart and do poorly as a result.

I was in the same boat awhile back. I bought wards, people told me not to... and it never impeded my build. Not once.

And I always treat my supports well.

Hell, some supports even comment about that. I'm not the best mechanically-sound at playing adc, but I consider myself pleasant to lane with.
