Who are the top players in each role? (Across all regions)

I wanted to check out their most played champions and the builds that go with them. Also, I don't mind anyone else chipping in their own advice. Some questions I want to know is why build lethality over AD, or health vs armor/mr, and also AP vs Mana or regen. (And for what champions) Thanks in advance!
